Throughout the month of October, Thrive Wellness Hub is issuing the Root & Thrive Bucket List Challenge. Over the next 31 days, we invite you to invest in more ways to grow your own wellness. There are 18 items on our list...see below.

Track your progress: There are a couple ways you can share your progress. A. Submit a photo to thrivewhub@gmail.com subject line Bucket List. B. Tag us on social media. (3 Bonus Points for each tag). C. Have someone verify with an initial or signature on your bucket list. (i.e. Yoga teacher initial with date of class, write down name of recipe, book, place where you volunteered, etc.)
Submit Your Bucket List: All Root & Thrive Bucket Lists must be received no later than 3 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5th.
Win: The more you do...the more you WIN! With each item completed, you receive 1 point. There are a total of 18 possible points on our list. For 6 items, you receive a mindfulness sticker. For 12 Items, you receive a Journal. If you complete the entire bucket list (18 items), you receive a Branded T-shirt along with a journal and a sticker. Remember: You receive 3 bonus points when you tag us on social media.
Prize Pick-up: All prizes will be available for pick-up by November 12th.

Wheel Of Wellness
The current wellness movement was conceived by Dr. Bill Hettler, co-founder of the National Wellness Institute, and expanded upon by other wellness experts. In 1998, Witmer, Sweeney and Myers created the Wheel of Wellness that identifies eight (8) components of wellness. The wellness wheel emphasizes that your overall wellness requires attention to all aspects of your life. Neglecting one of the components can impact the other components.
Emotional Wellness - Managing and expressing emotions, building self-esteem, and maintaining healthy relationships.
Environmental Wellness - Creating a healthy and safe environment at home and work, and appreciating nature.
Financial Wellness - Managing finances responsibly, budgeting, and saving for the future.
Intellectual Wellness - Continuously learning, expanding knowledge, and stimulating the mind.
Occupational Wellness - Finding satisfaction and purpose in work, balancing work and personal life.
Physical Wellness - Maintaining a healthy body through exercise, nutrition, and regular check-ups.
Social Wellness - Building and maintaining meaningful relationships, contributing to community, and fostering a sense of belonging.
Spiritual Wellness - Finding meaning and purpose in life through faith, meditation, or connecting with nature.
