A couple of reminders about our policies:

• Advance Booking Required: Online bookings are only available if paid in advance with a credit card. See below for instructions on paying with cash or check.

• Online Processing Fee: All online payments are subject to a 4.5% transaction fee. 

• Cash or Check Payments: To pay by cash or check, email thrivewhub@gmail.com for booking assistance. A $50 deposit, 24 hours in advance, is required in order to hold your appointment. Deposits may be made at Thrive, 29 Falcon Street, between the hours of 10 AM and 3 PM Tuesday through Friday.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to receive a full refund. Otherwise there is a $50 cancellation fee.
