What if you could………….
Join us at Thrive Wellness Hub for our exciting new class “ENERGY LEVEL 1”- Introduction to Personal Energy Management Tools.
This is an easy and fun class, taught in a playful, child-like manner. You will be delighted, amused and amazed at how powerful these tools are when practiced in your daily life. The gold sun is used to replenish yourself with positive energies such as trust, peace, happiness, passion and enthusiasm for life. Sound Bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are "bathed" in sound waves. Instruments such as singing bowls, percussion, voice and chimes produce sounds that resonate overtones that may be felt in body, mind, and spirit. The practice of relaxing and healing through sound is thousands of years old, with deep roots in cultures worldwide.
A sound bath creates harmony by using sound to clear the participants' energy fields. Benefits include relaxation, an increased sense of well-being, expanded awareness, and release--allowing the brain to let go. The best part is, you don't have to do anything but show up in comfortable clothing and receive the sounds around you while lying peacefully.
Marie Dunkle will lead the Sound Bath. She has been a practicing musician for 50 years, and for nearly 30 years has worked with sound therapy instruments to facilitate meditation and healing for others. Marie is an experienced meditation leader and a certified Reiki Master who lives in Otto, NC.

Thai bodywork is a comprehensive system that combines acupressure, assisted yoga stretches, energy work, and mindfulness practices. It aims to relieve tension, increase range of motion, and promote overall well-being by balancing the body's energy flow. Client is fully clothed and either on a table or a mat on the floor.

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that manipulates energy flow in the body to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Practitioners believe that life force energy flows through us, and when blocked, can lead to illness or discomfort. Reiki aims to clear these blockages, allowing the body's natural healing abilities to function optimally.
About the Practitioners:

Reflexology is a therapeutic practice focused on applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and sometimes ears. These points, known as reflex points, are believed to correspond to different organs, glands, and systems in the body. By stimulating these points, reflexologists aim to trigger the body's natural healing processes, promote relaxation, and enhance overall well-being.
