Bread-making meets creativity. In this interactive, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make a simple focaccia dough from scratch and then turn it into edible art.
We’ll begin by mixing dough together step-by-step so you leave confident in the process. You’ll take your own dough home to proof in the refrigerator for 12–48 hours, giving it that beautiful texture and flavor that makes focaccia so special.
While your dough rests, we’ll move into the creative portion of class. Using pre-proofed dough (prepared ahead of time), you’ll design and decorate your own focaccia using fresh herbs, vegetables, olive oil, and flaky salt. Think florals, garden scenes, abstract patterns — it’s completely up to you.
You will take your edible art home to bake that evening. We’ll also bake one together during class so you can sample fresh focaccia and see the finished result before you head home.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and anyone who enjoys cooking, creating, and gathering in community.
