
Thrive is mixing it up in 2026. We are rebranding our Wellness Book Club to We Chat (Wellness Events to Create Healthy Habits and Thrive). The purpose of We Chat is to spark conversation around health and wellness issues. Our focus is created by our community. Every wellness journey is different. By joining We Chat, you will give voice to issues that are important to you. Through community input and discussion, we will create our collective wellness adventure using books, articles, videos, music as a launching point for our We Chat monthly gatherings at Thrive Wellness Hub. (On the months we read a book, please join even if you haven't read the book!)
Based on community input here is our calendar for the next few months...
February: The Self-Compassion Workbook: Practical Exercises to Approach Your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions with Kindness (Complete some or all of this workbook before our February meeting. Feel free to join even if you don't complete any of the workbook. The conversation will be beneficial.)
March: Video/Article will be shared at the beginning of this session and discussed as a group.
May: Guided group chat
June: Video/Article will be shared at the beginning of this session and discussed as a group.
July: A fun-summer/beach read. TBD.
Free for Social Members. Non-members can join us for $5 (+ convenience fees on CC purchases). You may register and check pay later to pay in cash when you arrive.
