MenoPosse is a women-only strength and mobility class designed to support your body through midlife and beyond. We lift weights to build strength, protect bone density, and boost confidence, then balance it out with mobility work to keep joints happy and movement feeling good. This is a supportive, no-pressure space where women show up for their health, their strength, and each other.
