Intro to Mastering Menopause with Pam Gould

This class is for all women ages 30–85 whether you’re preparing for perimenopause, already in the middle of it, or navigating post-menopause changes. In this casual, down-to-earth class, we’ll explore what’s happening in your body, why it’s a completely normal process, and how you can be proactive instead of reactive. You’ll also discover a couple of simple herbs and everyday strategies to bring more ease to your routine, learn which foods to lean on for nourishment (and which ones can make your journey harder), and uncover what can complicate this stage so you can help sidestep unnecessary struggles.
