Smart Start to Healthy Living

Join us for a 6-month program to improve actions in your life that enhance healthy living in all aspects. Components covered will be Healthy Eating, Healthy Movement and Emotional and Mental Health.

January: Smart Start Program

  • Weekly group health coaching sessions with Sue (Wednesday 5:30-6:30pm)

  • Weekly movement classes with Sue (Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm)

  • Program starts January 7th

January is about starting intentionally. Learn tools, create awareness, and build momentum in a supportive group setting.

February-June: Ongoing Healthy Living Program

  • One monthly group session

  • Four movement classes per month, you choose from our regularly scheduled Yoga and Pilates classes.

  • Ongoing access to Sue for health coaching

This is not about perfection or quick fixes. It’s about having tools, consistency, and a supportive community that helps you keep going—together.

Program Details:

  • 6-month program (January–June)

  • $200 per month

  • Auto-renews monthly (cancel anytime)

About Sue:

Sue has a passion for health and wellness. She’s a certified health coach, as well as a practitioner of Reiki, Cranial Sacral therapy, Thai body work, and Reflexology. She has been teaching yoga for the past 20 yrs. After experiencing some health problems, she decided to become a Yoga Therapist. She has worked in private practice and in the medical field with a Cardiologist as a Stress management consultant for Heart Health.
