DEBRA RAY

Tai Chi

Debra is a native Floridian who recently moved from Tallahassee FL to Dillard, GA. She began her study and practice of Tai Chi around 1986 in Tallahassee and learned the Taoist style 108 move sequence through its originator, Master Moy Lin Shin, and his instructor students. Debra has continued practicing it over the past three decades interspersed with teaching yoga, Pilates, and SilverSneakers.

Of all forms of exercise, Tai Chi has become her favorite. Debra is happy to share Tai Chi through Thrive Wellness Hub. Its slow, fluid movements are deeply therapeutic for body, mind and spirit, creating a feeling of peaceful strength, vitality and enhanced energy flow. It also improves balance, flexibility, coordination and mindfulness, and is a most pleasurable exercise to practice. Come see for yourself!

ERICKA MCKIBBIN

Yoga

With over 20 years on her personal yoga journey, Ericka brings a deep love for the practice to every class she leads. Recently completing her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training along with a 95HR Kids Yoga certification, she’s passionate about sharing the benefits of movement, meditation, and breath with students of all ages.

A self-proclaimed gypsy at heart, Ericka has wandered across the U.S., Europe, and Central America in search of beauty, wisdom, and connection. But it was the North Georgia mountains that truly captured her spirit. Their grounding energy and quiet magic mirror the transformative power of yoga—a practice that continues to be one of her greatest sources of joy and inner peace. Whether guiding a mindful flow or a playful kids' session, Ericka creates a welcoming space where students can reconnect with themselves and move with intention.

When she’s not on the mat, you’ll likely find her hiking scenic trails, walking her golden doodle Charlie, exploring with her husband and kids, or giving back through her volunteer work with Thrive Wellness Hub in Clayton.
