Come and explore the tulips in bloom at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia based in Athens, GA. We plan on carpooling to the gardens, arriving by 9 AM, for exploration of the various gardens (Discovery & Inspiration Garden, Flower Garden, Heritage Garden, International Garden, Shade & Native Flora Gardens, Tropical Conservatory, Herb & Physic Garden, and the Children's Garden) and possible a hike on one of the two loop trails. We can also explore the Porcelain and Decorative Arts Museum.

After exploring the Gardens, for those who wish, we will head to one of the local Athen's restaurants for lunch.

Entry to the gardens is free but donations to the garden are welcome.
