The Midlife Herbalist: Monthly Micro-Classes for Women 40+ with Pam Gould

Simple herbal wisdom for navigating midlife with more energy, clarity, and balance.

Pam is offering a series of complimentary, donation based, casual and informative short classes exploring common midlife health topics through herbal medicine and mineral balance.

Each class includes 30 to 45 minutes of teaching and 15 minutes of Q&A. Locations will alternate between Atlanta and Clayton, GA. The Clayton classes will be held at Thrive Wellness Hub.

Pam shared:

Many of you know that a big part of the work I do is helping women understand what’s happening in their bodies during midlife and how herbal medicine and mineral balance can support that transition.

Over the past few years, I’ve noticed something again and again.

Symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, anxiety, digestive changes, and hormone shifts are incredibly common in midlife… but most women are never really taught why they’re happening.

And because of that, many women end up trying to piece together answers on their own.

So this year I’m starting something new.
