
Join us for a 6-month program to improve actions in your life that enhance healthy living in all aspects. Components covered will be Healthy Eating, Healthy Movement and Emotional and Mental Health.
Focused Smart Start will be held weekly in January, with a program followed by a movement class. After January, there will be an ongoing monthly Healthy Living session in the last week of each month.

Smart Start Program (Month of January)
Weekly group health coaching sessions with Sue.
Weekly movement classes with Sue.
Sessions are held Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:30, starting January 7th.
Sue has a passion for health and wellness. She’s a certified health coach, as well as a practitioner of Reiki, Cranial Sacral therapy, Thai body work, and Reflexology. She has been teaching yoga for the past 20 yrs. After experiencing some health problems, she decided to become a Yoga Therapist. She has worked in private practice and in the medical field with a Cardiologist as a Stress management consultant for Heart Health.
Ongoing Healthy Living Program (Months February through June)
Monthly group session.
4 movement classes for the month. (Yoga or Pilates)
Included access to Sue for Health Coaching throughout each month.
